Recommended Use

Designed for outdoor garden and patio placement. Best for attracting small to medium songbirds such as finches, sparrows, chickadees, and nuthatches. Suited for year-round use in open yards, garden beds, or lawn areas where the 51" pole can be ground-anchored. Not for indoor use or container placement without soil.

How to Use
  1. Thread the 3-section metal pole together using the threaded connections, then push the prong base firmly into the ground at least 6 inches deep for stability.
  2. Slide the feeder tube onto the pole above the metal squirrel baffle, fill through the wide-mouth lid with up to 10 lbs of birdseed, and secure the lid before birds arrive.
Care and Maintenance

Remove and rinse the PC tube with warm water weekly to prevent seed buildup and mold. Wipe the metal baffle and lid with a damp cloth after rain. Allow all parts to air-dry fully before refilling. Store the pole sections indoors during extended periods of heavy frost to prevent thread corrosion. Clean drainage holes with a thin brush monthly.

Important Limitations

Outdoor use only — not rated for indoor or balcony railing mount. Assembly is required; all 3 pole sections must be fully threaded together before use. The squirrel baffle deters squirrels from climbing the pole but does not prevent aerial access from overhead branches; place feeder at least 10 ft from overhanging limbs. Not designed for use in pots or planters without soil anchoring.
