How to Use
- Set the fountain on a flat, stable outdoor surface near a faucet.
- Connect one end of the 39-in hose to the fountain inlet.
- Attach the other end to a standard threaded outdoor tap.
- Use the 2-way splitter to add a second hose or reduce flow pressure.
- Let your dog step on the paw pedal — water flows on demand and stops when pressure is released.
Care and Maintenance
- Flush the hose and run clean water through the unit before first use.
- Wipe iron surfaces weekly with a damp cloth and mild soap — rinse thoroughly to prevent residue buildup.
- Inspect hose connections monthly for mineral deposits or debris.
- Before winter or extended storage, disconnect the hose and drain all water to prevent freeze damage.
Important Limitations
- Outdoor use only — not designed for indoor installation.
- Requires an outdoor tap with a standard threaded fitting. Non-threaded or push-fit taps need an adapter (not included).
- Small dogs may not apply enough pedal pressure to activate water flow.
- Supervise first sessions until the dog learns to use the pedal independently.
- Do not use with cracked, worn, or damaged hose connections.
